David Eckel President David Eckel - President, Broker/Owner of Wagner Realty - prides himself in being available to all agents. When not working with an agent or handling company business, he is sitting on the Boards of many local businesses, charitable and educational organizations.

 

Polly Gaar Vice President Polly Gaar - Vice President - coordinates the Wagner Education Program. She is a past-president of the Manatee Association of REALTORS and the 2001 Florida Association of REALTORS District 13 Vice President.

Ron Cornette Agent Development Ron Cornette - With over 20 years in brokerage management, Ron served as president of the Manatee Association of REALTORS® and as a vice president of the Florida Association. A licensed instructor for the Florida Real Estate Commission, Ron wrote and teaches a credit course entitled "Basic Training" and coordinates Wagner's extensive training program. He also oversees the rental division as well as advertising and corporate and agent marketing.

Our marketing plan is designed to reach potential buyers and sellers through all media - newspapers, real estate booklets, television, internet and our own homes magazine. Wagner Realty is a member of The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (RELO), a national relocation referral network. We encourage agents to promote themselves and assist them in designing, publishing and mailing their marketing materials.
